ROB LOCHNER JOINS CULLINAN PROPERTIES AS VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT

Cullinan Properties, Ltd. is pleased to announce the addition of Rob Lochner as Vice President of Development. Lochner brings over 25 years of development, finance and operational experience to the Cullinan team.

Based in Cullinan Properties’ St. Louis office, Lochner will lead development and municipal related activities for Streets of St. Charles, Lofts at Euclid and other upcoming projects in the St. Louis market and throughout the Cullinan portfolio.  "We are very excited to welcome Rob to our team," stated Christopher M. West, Chief Executive Officer for Cullinan Properties. "His wealth of experience in commercial real estate development will be a great asset to our organization as we continue to expand our mixed-use portfolio.”

Lochner previously served as Vice President of Project Development for St. Louis based Koman Group. He was responsible for all development activities from concept to occupancy, including site selection, due diligence, acquisition, zoning/permitting, management of all A&E activities, contractor bidding and negotiation and owner representation activities to insure on-time/on-budget delivery. Prior to Koman, Lochner was Vice President of Development at Clayco Realty Group and Optimus, both national real estate development companies focused on commercial and multi-family initiatives. Rob’s 25+ years of experience also includes a substantial background in retail development, having completed more than $700 million in projects while at May Department Stores and Westfield.

Lochner is a graduate of University of Kansas where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. He is a licensed architect in the state of Missouri and is a member of the Architectural Review Board for the City of Ladue and St. Louis University High School Facilities Committee.

Local High School to Win a SMART Board in 5th Annual Recycle Your Style Contest

Goodwill of Central Illinois will hold the 5th Annual Recycle Your Style Contest. High school students within Goodwill’s territory are encouraged to donate their used clothing. The high school that donates the most pounds of clothing will win a SMART Board donated by Bradfield’s Computer Supply. The contest runs from October 1st through October 31st. “This has been a very successful campaign for us,” said Bob Parkhurst, Goodwill Vice President. “We are grateful for Bradfield’s Computer Supply’s donation of a SMART Board each year. That prize really heats up the competition among the high schools.” Donations of items other than clothing are encouraged, but only clothing will count toward the contest. Only high schools are eligible, but others can participate including teachers, family and school supporters.
