Pekin Hospital Invites Women to Attend Breathe In, Breathe Out
To promote Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Awareness Month, Pekin Hospital will offer pulmonary function screenings on Thursday, November 18 from 9 – 11 a.m. at Pekin Hospital, inside the Park Avenue Entrance. Appointments for the screenings are required. Please call (309) 353-0334 to reserve a time.
By participating in Get What You Need Out Of Life SM: Breathe In, Breathe Out, Central Illinois women will learn more about COPD and lung cancer. Make lung health a priority to prevent death and disability for you and your loved ones.
COPD is the 4th leading cause of death is the U.S., affecting an estimated 12 million Americans.
