Bob Kevoian to Appear at Area Golf Outing
Arrowhead Country Club and 95.5 GLO (WGLO-FM) are hosting a golf outing on September 26th to benefit “The Front Nine Foundation”. This foundation helps children and families during the front nine of their lives so they can enjoy the back nine. This is the third annual charity golf outing raising money for this Children’s Hospital program.
Tee time is at 2pm with a sit down dinner at 6:45pm. Following dinner Bob Kevoian, from the Bob & Tom morning show featured on Peoria radio station 95.5 GLO, will give a short speech and sign autographs. At 8:30pm attendees will enjoy the music of “Pink Sushi”.
Prizes will also be given away throughout the evening.
Individual reservations for this event are $150 for an individual and $600 for a foursome. Additionally, businesses and individuals can contribute to this charitable event by becoming a sponsor. Sponsorships start $100 for a hole sponsor to $3500 for the title sponsorship.
The Children’s Hospital is designated as a Regional Perinatal Center, a Level I Trauma Center, and central Illinois’ only Level III neonatal intensive care unit. Children’s Hospital commits itself to the very best quality healthcare in a family-centered environment. Through a mutually beneficial affiliation with the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria, Children’s Hospital of Illinois serves as the primary pediatric teaching facility. Approximately 30 residents graduate each year. This relationship provides 24-hour in-house physician coverage, immediate availability to pediatric specialists for consultation and on-going research in both clinical outcomes and quality improvement.
