Associated Banc-Corp Donates Over $54,000 to Haiti Relief Fund

Associated responds to Haiti Earthquake with Employee Gift Matching Program

Green Bay, Wis. – March 11, 2010 – Associated Banc-Corp (NASDAQ: ASBC) announced today results of its company-wide efforts to assist the Haitian community after the January 12 earthquake. Together with its colleagues, Associated Banc-Corp donated $54,688 to the American Red Cross Haiti Relief Fund.

"Associated colleagues have shown great compassion and concern for those who have been impacted by the Haiti earthquake," said Associated Banc-Corp President and CEO, Philip Flynn. "We are very pleased to match our employees' contributions toward this important relief effort."

Upon news of the devastating earthquake in Haiti, Associated implemented a company-wide employee gift matching program. For every employee contribution to the earthquake-relief fund, the bank agreed to match it dollar-for-dollar.

"We are very grateful for the trust and confidence Associated has shown in our organization's ability to serve those in need in Haiti," said Steve Maricque, executive director of the Lakeland Chapter of the American Red Cross, Green Bay, Wis. "This gift will help tremendously to provide for the basic needs of the people affected and also assist with the recovery."
