"Civil War Tea"

Life & Love of a Soldier

is a program by Peggy Meyer & Connie Markley. Presented by The Tazewell County Museum and Educational Center and the Morton Tourism Association.

Don't miss this opportunity to spend an enchanting afternoon of tasty delights and the sharing of a Civil War presentation, inspired by 23 letters that were inherited by Peggy Meyer's husband. These letters were written between a husband and wife that lived in Concord, Il. during the Civil War. This is a true historical love story.
