“Ice hockey players can walk on water.”

Little Stars Pre-Hockey is a program for boys and girls, ages 3-5, which teaches the basics of skating and hockey.  Our goal is to teach the skills required by participating in a variety of activities and adapted game situations. Games will begin as players’ progress with skating skills.  All games are set up in a non-competitive atmosphere.  Players will be divided by skill level to ensure fun for all.
Hockey is a very active sport that requires a high level of fitness. In winter months, kids often sit around due to bad weather. Hockey keeps kids active and off the couch during winter, when kids would normally be playing video games or watching T.V. It allows kids to meet other active kids as well, and make good friends.
Complete sets of loaner equipment (skates, helmet, chest pad, shin guards elbow pads and hockey pants) are available for the participants at no charge.
