Henderson Funeral Home will soon be moving from their current location at 420 Walnut to a new facility at 2131 Velde Drive. Greg and Marla Henderson and their family held a ground breaking ceremony for a new 12,000-square-foot facility that will include a residence, a crematory, and a chapel that will hold up to 350 people. Construction is scheduled to the new facility will be at 3:30 p.m. this afternoon. Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-July and be completed next spring.
