Three Physicians Join Pekin Hospital’s Medical Staff

Pekin Hospital is pleased to announce that three new physicians recently joined its medical staff and are now accepting new patients.

Pediatrician Mohammed (Mo) Khan, M.D., will join Erika Hunter, M.D., at 3223 Griffin Avenue in Pekin. Dr. Khan began his medical career when he graduated from Ross University on the island of Dominica in the Caribbean. He then completed a Pediatric Residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Dr. Khan also spent three years serving in the U.S. Army at Fort Lewis, Washington, as a Nuclear Biological Chemical Analyst.

Dr. Khan’s areas of interest include childhood obesity and sports medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. To make an appointment, please call (309) 353-1822.

Kiran Multani, D.O., Family Practitioner, will join the Family Health Center of Pekin located at 19 Olt Avenue. Dr. Multani began her medical career when she graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. She then completed a Family Medicine Residency at Oakwood Annapolis Hospital in Wayne, Michigan. Dr. Multani’s areas of interest include adolescent medicine. Sunny Multani, M.D., Family Practitioner, will join the Family Health Center of Pekin located at 19 Olt Avenue. Dr. Multani received his Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery at Government Medical College in India. Following that, he completed a Family Practice Residency at Oakwood Annapolis Hospital in Wayne, Michigan. His areas of interest include sports medicine.
