ICC Culinary Arts Institute will host a “Chopped-Style” High School Competition to foster a love of the culinary arts among high school students who’ve shown interest in cooking professionally. This is the first year for the event.
Some of the teams participating include Pekin, East Peoria, Woodruff, Dunlap and Midland High Schools. Each school is asked to send three students to compete.
The competition is organized by a bracket system, with the winners of the 1st round moving to the final round.
