Coronavirus Update from Busey

The health and welfare of Busey associates and customers are always at the forefront of all decisions. As concerns continue to grow with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we are dedicated to doing what is best for Busey's Pillars—associates, customers, shareholders and communities.

Out of an abundance of caution, we will begin serving customers from our drive-ups and temporarily suspend lobby services at all Busey branch locations—effective Thursday, March 19 until further notice. While we plan to return to normal lobby operations as soon as possible, this timeline is dependent on public health conditions.

While the lobby is closed, Busey's drive-up, ATMs, online banking services and Customer Care team remain available for assistance. Additionally, you are encouraged to call your local branch—the team you know and trust is available to continue providing service excellence to you during this time.Online Banking Services
  • If you have an immediate banking need, please call your local branch to talk to an associate who can help guide you through Busey's suite of online banking services.  While our branches are migrating to drive-thru services, our associates are available to help you set-up online or mobile banking.
  • You are encouraged to leverage all of the remote banking capabilities that Busey offers—such as Busey eBank, the Busey - Mobile app and Busey's Anytime Line to access your money anytime, anywhere. Through these channels, customers can check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks and manage cards. Drive-up Services & ATMs
  • To view a list of convenient drive-up locations near you, please visit busey.comYou may search for hours and locations by individual branch, street address or proximity to you. Customers utilizing the drive-up on foot are encouraged to use the first lane for your safety.
