Illinois Nature Conservancy Deputy
Director of River Conservation Jason Beverlin will kick off ICC’s Student Sustainability
Presentation Contest with a presentation on “Emiquon: The Nature Conservancy’s
Floodplain Restoration Project” on Tuesday, April 19 from 2 to 4 p.m., in the

ICC
students will present projects relating to a variety of sustainability topics
immediately following the discussion. The ICC Sustainability Committee was
established in 2007 and sponsors student presentation contest bi-annually.

environment – and are limited to four to six minutes.
