This workshop is highly interactive. Participants will work on the issues that affect their organization. The rapid pace of change requires that managers constantly keep their ‘eye on the future’ to assess how external issues will impact their organizations and function. Techniques that help managers with day-to-day planning and preparing for the future will be covered. Workshop size limited to 12.
