The Community Foundation of Central Illinois Appoints Two New Members to its Board of Directors.

Peoria, IL- The Community Foundation of Central Illinois (CFCI) announces the appointment of Seshadri Guha and Peter Wong to its Board of Directors.

Mark Roberts, CFCI’s CEO, stated “the Community Foundation of Central Illinois’ Board of Directors benefits greatly from the diverse experience and knowledge of its members. Seshadri Guha is Founder and Managing Partner of CGN & Associates, Inc. a global business performance management firm. A recognized expert in framing complex business challenges and defining unique approaches to business strategy, Guha has lead the development of CGN over the past 15 years into an industry leading professional services firm, with Fortune 100 clients in Manufacturing, Automotive and Financial Services and operations in North America, Europe, India and China.

Peter Wong is the president of SinoAffinity Inc., a business consulting firm that helps clients in business development, crisis resolution, turnaround, new products commercialization, strategic planning and implementation, and import and export. He is also the president of Perpetual Jewel, LLC, a jewelry retailer.

The Community Foundation of Central Illinois (CFCI) has served Central Illinois for over 21 years. Formed in 1988 as the Peoria Area Community Foundation, CFCI supports positive initiatives and innovative approaches to addressing the changing needs of our region.

Our purpose is to strengthen our community through engaged grant making and strategic partnerships with other organizations. Our giving is focused on arts and culture, education, health and human services and community development.
