August Puttin' On Pekin Recap

Seventy people attended the August 12th Puttin' On Pekin Breakfast held at the Avanti's Dome.  Dave Osborn (Trouble Free Heating & Cooling) won the early prize, while Brandon Seagraves (Servpro of Peoria and North Central Tazewell County) won the late prize.  Lori Cavitt accepted the Spotlight on Business Award for PAL Health Technologies, which is celebrating 40 years in business.  Advantage Auto Sales and Casey's General Stores won Blue Ribbon Awards for their new Pekin facilities.  Micki Slaven was presented with the Sunshine Award for her work with the group, Moms Who Care.  The speaker was Dr. Danielle Owens, Superintendent for PCHS District 303.  She told the audience about some of the recently completed projects at the school and their plans for the upcoming school year.  You can see more pictures from this event at:
