CEFCU ANNOUNCES SUE PORTSCHELLER’S RETIREMENT
CEFCU announces the retirement
of Sue Yoder-Portscheller. Portscheller has been an employee of CEFCU for
37 years. She started as a part-time teller and worked her way to Vice
President of Marketing in 1995. During her time with CEFCU, Portscheller
directed marketing, established a market research function, shaped and directed
CEFCU’s community relations giving, and spearheaded scholarship opportunities
for CEFCU members in local colleges. In addition, Portscheller served on
many boards including Easter Seals, The Children’s Hospital of Illinois
Advisory Board, the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce, Illinois Central College,
and the East Peoria Community Foundation. She served on numerous
committees and led many community events.
With assets totaling $5.8 billion, CEFCU serves over 323,000 members through 22
central Illinois Member Centers and four Member Centers in Santa Clara County,
California; the CEFCU Financial Center; the Money Center 24 ATM Network;
