CEFCU ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS

CEFCU announces that Denise Ghere was promoted to Senior Vice President of Electronic Services.  Mark Geason was promoted to Vice President of Electronic Services.  Melody Malcom was promoted to Vice President of Card Services.  Jana Stevens was promoted to Vice President of Marketing.  Jennifer Lehman Flexer was promoted to Assistant Vice President – Market Strategy and Analytics. 

               Ghere was promoted to Senior Vice President of Electronic Services.  Her job responsibilities include strategic planning and oversight of CEFCU’s payment systems, Money Center 24 ATM Network, products including Checking and Insured Money Market Accounts, and   online and mobile presence.  In addition she is also responsible for the research and development of new and enhanced products, services, and emerging electronic delivery solutions.

               Geason was promoted to Vice President of Electronic Services.  His responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing CEFCU On-Line, CEFCU Mobile Banking, cefcu.com, and Touch-Tone Teller.  In addition, he is responsible for growing the Credit Union’s remote delivery channels and implementing strategic enhancements to improve member experience. 

              Malcom was promoted to Vice President of Card Services.  Her job responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing the operations of CEFCU’s Checking and Insured Money Market Accounts, credit card, debit card, and prepaid card programs.  She is responsible for growing the Credit Union’s payment systems and utilization of the remote delivery channels.

            Stevens was promoted to Vice President of Marketing.  Her responsibilities include strategic planning pertaining to the growth and profitability of CEFCU through direction of marketing, advertising, branch merchandising and promotions, community relations, corporate giving, and business marketing.
  
               Flexer was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Market Strategy and Analytics.  Her job responsibilities include directing and overseeing CEFCU’s Product Marketing and Corporate Research functions including strategic marketing plan; advertising; corporate research; marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives; digital marketing strategy; and analytics.
