These individuals were chosen from a pool of candidates collected during the months of April, May and June and they had provided us with a valid email address.

Past patients that choose to come again or past patients who refer friends and family to Champion for physical therapy, are eligible for this contest.

But, please make sure we have a valid email address on file to contact you. 

Names are collected on a quarterly basis and winners are drawn in April, July, October, and January. The 3rd quarter pool of candidates is already being assembled - those winners will be drawn in October.

"The idea for this promotion came as a result of Champion wishing to thank individuals for having confidence in our abilities to provide outstanding physical therapy to our patients," said owner Jeff Schade.

"Whether that person chose to return to us for their most recent therapy needs, or they recommended someone else to try Champion, we really appreciate the opportunity to help that person or that special someone 'Get Busy Living.'"

Goodwill of Central Illinois will hold the 5th Annual Recycle Your Style Contest. High school students within Goodwill’s territory are encouraged to donate their used clothing. The high school that donates the most pounds of clothing will win a SMART Board donated by Bradfield’s Computer Supply. The contest runs from October 1st through October 31st. “This has been a very successful campaign for us,” said Bob Parkhurst, Goodwill Vice President. “We are grateful for Bradfield’s Computer Supply’s donation of a SMART Board each year. That prize really heats up the competition among the high schools.” Donations of items other than clothing are encouraged, but only clothing will count toward the contest. Only high schools are eligible, but others can participate including teachers, family and school supporters. Methodist Offers Free Informational Heart Program

January 29, 2010 Methodist Medical Center is hosting a free “Coffee with the Doctor” on Saturday February 27, 2010 in observance of National Heart Month. Tahir Ilahi, M.D. of the Methodist Medical Group Cardiology will be making a presentation on “Cholesterol and Your Heart”. Registered Dietician Hannah Lee will also be on hand to demonstrate heart healthy meal preparation. “Coffee with the Doctor” will be held from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Methodist Medical Group Cardiology Conference Room at 112 NE.
