Banking veteran and Pekin resident Dennis Short has joined Pekin Community Bank to provide lending and cash management services for business and consumer customers. Until recently, Short was a Vice President at Herget Bank.

Prior to Herget, Short was a Branch Manager for South Side Bank & Trust in Peoria and Wells Fargo Financial in Louisville, KY. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
