Vendors Needed for HWC Craft and Vendor Fair

 

 

November 10, 2021

 

Hopedale, IL – Do you create beautiful handmade crafts or are you a vendor for an amazing company? The Hopedale Wellness Center (HWC) is looking for vendors for their 2021 Holiday Craft and Vendor Fair on November 28, 2021, from 11am-1pm. Booth space is $25. We are offering 1 space to each vendor and are hosting only 1 vendor from each company.

 

If you are interested in being a vendor, please call the Hopedale Wellness Center at 309.449.4500 or stop by the HWC front desk at 222 NW Grove Street, Hopedale, IL to register. Please make note that this event is subject to change pending possible COVID restrictions. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to Courtney at clong@hopedalemc.com.

Goodwill of Central Illinois will hold the 5th Annual Recycle Your Style Contest. High school students within Goodwill’s territory are encouraged to donate their used clothing. The high school that donates the most pounds of clothing will win a SMART Board donated by Bradfield’s Computer Supply. The contest runs from October 1st through October 31st. “This has been a very successful campaign for us,” said Bob Parkhurst, Goodwill Vice President. “We are grateful for Bradfield’s Computer Supply’s donation of a SMART Board each year. That prize really heats up the competition among the high schools.” Donations of items other than clothing are encouraged, but only clothing will count toward the contest. Methodist Offers Free Informational Heart Program

January 29, 2010 Methodist Medical Center is hosting a free “Coffee with the Doctor” on Saturday February 27, 2010 in observance of National Heart Month. Tahir Ilahi, M.D. of the Methodist Medical Group Cardiology will be making a presentation on “Cholesterol and Your Heart”. Registered Dietician Hannah Lee will also be on hand to demonstrate heart healthy meal preparation. “Coffee with the Doctor” will be held from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Methodist Medical Group Cardiology Conference Room at 112 NE.
