ILLINOIS CENTRAL COLLEGE OFFERS SUMMER DAY CAMP FOR CHILDREN AGES 6 – 12 AT EAST PEORIA CAMPUS

Illinois Central College again will offer its Summer Explorer Camp beginning May 30 through August 4.  The camp, which will operate on the East Peoria Campus, is for children ages 6-12 and will be staffed from 6:45 am to 5 pm. 
Discounts are available for more than one child from the same family and for students and employees of the College. Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack are provided at no additional cost. Families may sign up by the week or day or for the entire summer.  
Days will be filled with fun and games, fitness activities, crafts, science and nature, library and resource visits. Weekly themes include “earth, wind, and fire,” “secret spy,” “glow in the dark,” and “mad scientist.” Field trips and water play also will be offered.
Space is limited. The last day to register for camp is May 25 for a May 30 start date.
