Coffee Beans & Cuisine, 540 S. Parkway, held their grand opening on November 26th and the Pekin Area Chamber of Commerce was there to help owner Debra Isabell start the celebration with a ribbon cutting. Coffee Beans & Cuisine is located in the "coffee hut" in the Food Depot parking lot, close to the intersection of Court & Parkway. They offer coffees, espresso drinks, smoothies, and frappes, plus breakfast items, paninis, soups, salads, and delicious deli sandwiches. They are a small drive-through that offers a large menu, with outdoor seating offered when the weather is nice.
