Dan Walters, Chairman of the TCRC Board of Directors, is pleased that Mr. Hale has provided the Board with nine months to make a transition to a new leader. “We appreciate that Ron has provided us so much time to select a successor and put in place a transition plan. It’s typical of the planning and leadership he’s provided for fourteen years.”
