June Puttin' On Pekin Recap

83 Chamber members and their guests heard about some of the positive local events and efforts at the June Puttin' On Pekin breakfast. Debbie Fornoff (Good Shepherd Lutheran School and Debbie Fornoff Interior Designs & Draperies) won the early prize, while Bruce Hoerr (Winpak Heat Seal) won the late prize. Rose Hasler presented the Spotlight on Business Award to Brent and Mary Ann Vaupel from Timbercreek Rehab & Health Care. Nichole Bozarth (CEFCU) presented the Blue Ribbon Award to Todd Thompson for his work on the Speakeasy Art Center at 353 Court Street. Stephanie Stoneking (Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes) presented the Sunshine Award to Scott Lange with the Pekin Union Mission. Gene Olson, the director of the General Wayne A. Downing Peoria International Airport was the program.
