Heartland Bank and Trust Company Promotes Angela Witt to Retail Manager in Eureka

Heartland Bank and Trust Company announces that Angela Witt has been promoted to Retail Manager in Eureka. Witt is located at the bank’s 108 North Main Street branch but also manages the locations at 1821 South Main Street and 202 West Center Street. She is responsible for ensuring value and top-of-the-line service to bank customers and overseeing retail employee development and training.
Witt joined Heartland Bank in 2017, and most recently served as the local Retail Supervisor for the bank. She has 24 years of banking experience. Witt is a proud native and current resident of Washington with her husband Corey.

Goodwill of Central Illinois will hold the 5th Annual Recycle Your Style Contest. High school students within Goodwill’s territory are encouraged to donate their used clothing. The high school that donates the most pounds of clothing will win a SMART Board donated by Bradfield’s Computer Supply. The contest runs from October 1st through October 31st. “This has been a very successful campaign for us,” said Bob Parkhurst, Goodwill Vice President. “We are grateful for Bradfield’s Computer Supply’s donation of a SMART Board each year. That prize really heats up the competition among the high schools.” Donations of items other than clothing are encouraged, but only clothing will count toward the contest. Methodist Offers Free Informational Heart Program

January 29, 2010 Methodist Medical Center is hosting a free “Coffee with the Doctor” on Saturday February 27, 2010 in observance of National Heart Month. Tahir Ilahi, M.D. of the Methodist Medical Group Cardiology will be making a presentation on “Cholesterol and Your Heart”. Registered Dietician Hannah Lee will also be on hand to demonstrate heart healthy meal preparation. “Coffee with the Doctor” will be held from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Methodist Medical Group Cardiology Conference Room at 112 NE.
