Employees often report their inability to manage their time is the biggest problem they face professionally. Time management is a skill few people master, but it is one that most people need. We live in a world of competing priorities, customers, supervisors, supervisees and organizational goals. Since we often cannot control these priorities we must learn the skills necessary to self-manage.
To provide participants with skills necessary to manage themselves and their time; participants will:
· Gain insight into their ineffective and sabotaging behaviors
· Identify techniques that can be used to manage their interactions
· Develop a plan to improve self-management
