Chef JoElle has returned to her hometown to take up the torch of family business. Representatives from the Pekin Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Pekin were present to congratulate Niemann Foods on their newest concept grocery store ValuCheck. It is located in the same space as the recently remodeled Food Depot. ValuCheck is cost plus food, meaning everything is priced at or below cost on the shelf with just a 10% fee added at checkout.
