2015 Pekin Winter Wonderland Parade
The Pekin Winter Wonderland Committee would like to invite you to join them for their annual Winter Wonderland Festival Parade on Sunday, November 29, 2015. This year’s theme is “An Old Fashioned Christmas”.

Come and show off your business, organization or group for holiday spectators while you meet members of the community, schools and businesses during this holiday tradition. By entering the parade, you will be competing for a $100.00 cash prize. The winner will be chosen by the Grand Marshall  before the parade starts and awarded the cash prize at the Opening Ceremonies on the Pavilion Patio after the parade ends at approx 5:00 p.m.
Date:               Sunday, November 29, 2015
Time:              2:30 p.m. Line-up/judging begins
                       3:30 p.m. Parade begins at 9th and Broadway
Opening Ceremonies will take place at the Pavilion in Mineral Springs Park with Fireworks, Pony Rides, Hayrack Rides, Bands, The Unique Twist balloon artist and face painting, refreshments and SANTA.
Line-up:            Your number in the line-up will be printed in the Pekin Times on Friday, November 27th or Saturday November 28th, and on the internet site: http://pekinwinterwonderland.info/
Parade Route:   Begins in the 1100 block of Broadway, east on Broadway, right on Sycamore Street, to Pavilion Drive, right into Dugout Parking Lot, left onto Coal Car Drive. Please disband and have members picked up at the Miniature Golf parking lot.
If you plan to hand out candy, please do so by walking along the parade route. This is for the safety of the parade spectators.
Please fill out and return the entry form by Friday, November 20, 2015.
