GOODWILL ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD MEMBERS AND OFFICERS

Goodwill of Central Illinois has selected its Board of Directors and officers for 2015.
Barbara Duryea will serve as Board Chairperson with Joe Sharpe III in the position of
Vice Chairman. Kirk Anderson will serve as Secretary, and Darrin Autry rounds out the board officers as Treasurer.

Board members are: Brian Johnson of Johnson, Bunce & Noble; Dr. Robert Phillips, pastor at First United Methodist Church; Jan Wright, publisher of Central Illinois Business Publications; Renee Charles of Bradley University; Colonel Robbie Robertson and Colonel Cory Reid of the Illinois Air National Guard; Trip James of Illinois National Bank; John Dundas of Hasselberg, Grebe, Snodgrass, Urban & Wentworth; and Meredith Bunch, President & CEO of Midstate College. Patty Fuchs, Goodwill President & CEO will act as the Ex-Officio member of the board.

“Our Board of Directors represents the great leadership found in Central Illinois,”
said Patty Fuchs. “These individuals each bring a specific skill set and knowledge base to our board. Their guidance throughout the year will be crucial as we expand our resources and bring our free services to even more people. These free services are possible because the people of Central Illinois generously donate to Goodwill.”

Goodwill of Central Illinois is a non-profit organization that provides job training, career and vocational services to veterans, individuals and families who are working to better their lives. Goodwill also operates a youth mentoring program for youth ages 12 to 17.
