Senior business students work with local businesses to develop strategic plans. These plans contain an in-depth competitive analysis, an assessment of the organization, surveys/analyses of customers/potential customers, recommendations and a timeline. The Spring Semester runs January 23-May 7, 2019. The students
will be selecting their clients the end of January.

Our target market is established businesses, with a priority on retail, restaurants, and manufacturing.
