About 20 Chamber members attend the October 11th Lunch 'n Learn at Mashie's. Customer Service Excellence was presented by Lisa Plantamura from AAIM Employers' Association. After lunch the presentation covered several customer service topics including ways to let people know you care and behaviors needed for success. The program was part of a series presented by the Chamber's Member Services Committee. The final 2011 program in the series, Professionalism in the Workplace, will be on December 13th.
