Jonathan Phillips, a Bradley University alum, is an intellectual property
attorney located in Peoria IL. His nationwide practice consists of
intellectual property procurement, licensing, assignment, and
litigation. He regularly assists small and medium sized businesses
with their intellectual property and other business issues. He is
also an adjunct instructor for Intellectual Property for
