STEPHANIE WEBSTER PROMOTED TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT

Christopher M. West, Partner and CEO of Cullinan Properties, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Stephanie Webster has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Development. Stephanie joined Cullinan Properties in 2003 and has been responsible for developing, expanding and renovating a number of Cullinan projects nationwide, including Streets of St. Charles, St. Charles, MO; Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic, Austin, TX; Methodist College Student Housing Complex, Peoria, IL; Shoppes at Grand Prairie, Peoria, IL; Shoppes at College Hills, Normal, IL; Apartments at Grand Prairie, Peoria, IL; and Shoppes at Henry Crossing, Metro Atlanta, GA.

With the continued growth of Cullinan Properties into new markets and the addition of new team members including in the development department, Stephanie has been promoted to ensure the continued success of the development team and to maintain Cullinan’s reputation for delivering projects on time and under budget. 
Stephanie will continue to provide management and oversight of the development department, including construction administration, tenant coordination, acquisition due diligence, conceptual site layouts, schedules and budgets, as well as RFP preparation and solicitation. 

Stephanie is a LEED Green Associate, earning her bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Bradley University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In 2016, she was named a leader under 40 by the Peoria, IL InterBusiness Issues.  Stephanie currently serves as the Town Architect for the Streets of St. Charles and on the Board of Directors for the Streets of St. Charles Community Improvement District (CID). She is active in the greater Peoria community with Big Brother, Big Sisters and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Goodwill of Central Illinois will hold the 5th Annual Recycle Your Style Contest. High school students within Goodwill’s territory are encouraged to donate their used clothing. The high school that donates the most pounds of clothing will win a SMART Board donated by Bradfield’s Computer Supply. The contest runs from October 1st through October 31st. “This has been a very successful campaign for us,” said Bob Parkhurst, Goodwill Vice President. “We are grateful for Bradfield’s Computer Supply’s donation of a SMART Board each year. That prize really heats up the competition among the high schools.” Donations of items other than clothing are encouraged, but only clothing will count toward the contest. Methodist Offers Free Informational Heart Program

January 29, 2010 Methodist Medical Center is hosting a free “Coffee with the Doctor” on Saturday February 27, 2010 in observance of National Heart Month. Tahir Ilahi, M.D. of the Methodist Medical Group Cardiology will be making a presentation on “Cholesterol and Your Heart”. Registered Dietician Hannah Lee will also be on hand to demonstrate heart healthy meal preparation. “Coffee with the Doctor” will be held from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Methodist Medical Group Cardiology Conference Room at 112 NE.
