Papa John’s Pizza is donating 10 percent of sales to support the Pekin Hospital Foundation and help enhance the quality of patient care throughout the region.
Customers will save 40 percent off their entire online order at menu price simply by ordering at papajohns.com and entering the code PHF40. Papa John’s will donate 10 percent back to the Foundation for every order placed using the online code PHF40.

Methodist Offers Free Informational Heart Program

January 29, 2010 Methodist Medical Center is hosting a free “Coffee with the Doctor” on Saturday February 27, 2010 in observance of National Heart Month. Tahir Ilahi, M.D. of the Methodist Medical Group Cardiology will be making a presentation on “Cholesterol and Your Heart”. Registered Dietician Hannah Lee will also be on hand to demonstrate heart healthy meal preparation. “Coffee with the Doctor” will be held from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Methodist Medical Group Cardiology Conference Room at 112 NE.
