Bard Optical Pekin office will celebrate 28 years in business in July. Opened by Dr. A. Arthur Bard in 1941 in downtown Peoria, Diana Hall purchased the practice in 1981 and has grown Bard Optical to 20 locations in Central and Southern Illinois.
