*Depending on when the State of Illinois or this region moves to Phase 4 of the Restore Illinois Plan, in-person pubic participation may be available by this date.

Purpose:     To enable the City to advise the public, taxing districts having real property in the redevelopment project area, taxpayers who own property in the redevelopment project area, and residents in the area as to the City’s possible intent to prepare a Redevelopment Plan and designate a Redevelopment Project Area and to receive public comment.

Agenda:     
1.  Convene Public Meeting.
2.  Advise City’s intent to establish the Pekin Court Street TIF District.
3.  Receive Public Comment.
4.  Adjourn.
