GOODWILL RECEIVES GRANT FROM THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF CENTRAL ILLINOIS

The Community Foundation of Central Illinois has awarded Goodwill Industries of Central Illinois a grant for $6,500.
“We are grateful for this award and the benefit it will bring to our employment services program,” said Don Johnson, Goodwill Industries of Central Illinois’ President and CEO. “As we strive to be the leader in employment services, in Central Illinois, this funding will go a long way in support of that goal.”
“This grant will be used to supply our program participants with bus passes, clothing for job interviews and tools needed for specific vocations,” said Lori Johnson, Goodwill’s Director of Program Services. Goodwill’s free employment services include: job search assistance, hiring events, resume building assistance, computer skills training and much more.
