Happy HEALTHY Anniversary, Linda Rose Ten Haken!
That's right! Today we celebrate one full year since Linda reached her weight
goal! Not only did she take the excess pounds off - she also built muscle mass
and endurance, and now has the bragging rights of being able to keep it up for
an entire year!
I am super proud of this Lady! She has come so far since she joined me in a Challenge
Group almost 2 years ago! And she has had AMAZING results!
How did she do it? Well, Linda drinks Shakeology EVERY SINGLE DAY, she works
out at least 5 days each week, and she keeps her diet pretty clean and healthy,
too. She has used several Beachbody programs including: 21 Day FIX, CIZE, and

looked back. She has now helped her husband to lose over 100 POUNDS!!! And she
has helped her son to lose over 70 POUNDS!!! Now, this is what you call

Linda currently runs her own Challenge Groups and helps others to find their
own Healthy Lifestyles and reach their own goals. She is also a Certified
Country Heat Instructor and teaches the modified version of Country Heat at
Parkside Athletics each Tuesday and Thursday evening, alongside Julie Antonini, who teaches
what I like to call the Intense Version of Country Heat! :) These classes are perfect for
just about anyone, as Beginners can join in and follow Linda Rose Ten Haken, while
those who have been working on their cardio for a while, can ramp it up by
following Julie Antonini.
