Champion Fitness Patient Rewards Program 3rd Quarter Winners Selected

The three $100 Gift Card Winners of the Champion Fitness Patient Rewards Program have been selected for the 3rd quarter.

were chosen from the pool of candidates that were collected during the months of July, August and September.

Any and all past patients, along with those who refer others to Champion for physical therapy, are eligible for the contest. Names are collected on a quarterly basis, with winners being named in April, July, October, and January. The 4th quarter list of candidates is already underway and those winners will be drawn in January, 2015.

"The idea for this promotion came as a result of Champion wishing to thank individuals for having confidence in our abilities to provide outstanding physical therapy to our patients," said owner Jeff Schade. 

"Whether that person chose to return to us for their most recent therapy needs, or they recommended someone else to try Champion, we really appreciate the opportunity to help that person or that special someone 'Get Busy Living.'" 
Congratulations to our winners! Hopefully, YOUR name will be chosen in January, 2015 when our next drawing takes place!!!!

Goodwill of Central Illinois will hold the 5th Annual Recycle Your Style Contest. High school students within Goodwill’s territory are encouraged to donate their used clothing. The high school that donates the most pounds of clothing will win a SMART Board donated by Bradfield’s Computer Supply. The contest runs from October 1st through October 31st. “This has been a very successful campaign for us,” said Bob Parkhurst, Goodwill Vice President. “We are grateful for Bradfield’s Computer Supply’s donation of a SMART Board each year. That prize really heats up the competition among the high schools.” Donations of items other than clothing are encouraged, but only clothing will count toward the contest. Methodist Offers Free Informational Heart Program

January 29, 2010 Methodist Medical Center is hosting a free “Coffee with the Doctor” on Saturday February 27, 2010 in observance of National Heart Month. Tahir Ilahi, M.D. of the Methodist Medical Group Cardiology will be making a presentation on “Cholesterol and Your Heart”. Registered Dietician Hannah Lee will also be on hand to demonstrate heart healthy meal preparation. “Coffee with the Doctor” will be held from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Methodist Medical Group Cardiology Conference Room at 112 NE.
